Designer Spotlight: NUBU S/S'14

Although the NUBU designers featured a lot of basic black and whites in their S/S'14 collection, I enjoyed the pops of colour and the use of geometric elements in their designs. You can also notice that the eyebrows of the models were shaped in a way to balance the over-sized blouses, skirts, belts, dresses and handbags that were seen throughout the show.

I feel that this 'baggy look' gave the collection a casual cool and airy feel for the spring/summer season. I could also see a lot of these pieces being easily carried into the fall season as well.
