Any opportunity to go outside of the city and get some 'fresh air' is always a good idea.
As much as I love Budapest, I love being in the countryside with plenty of greenery, hills and fields around. Hungary is a country filled with wine and there are special little homes you can rent out with friends to go wine tasting in the regions. I've only been to a few of them (Villány, Balaton and Etyek), however, I am going to make it my mission to explore the regions over the summer and become more acquainted with the countryside.
